This practical training equips educators and school leaders with essential communication and conflict resolution skills to build positive relationships with parents and students. Participants will learn how to communicate clearly, listen actively, manage difficult conversations, and respond professionally to challenging situations. Through interactive activities and real-life scenarios, this course provides practical tools to de-escalate conflict, set healthy boundaries, and build respectful, collaborative partnerships among schools, families, and students.
In school environments where emotions can run high and misunderstandings can occur, the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond professionally is essential for maintaining trust and collaboration. Participants will develop practical strategies to manage challenging conversations, address concerns and complaints effectively, and resolve conflicts in constructive ways that strengthen relationships rather than damage them. The training focuses on building confidence in handling emotionally charged situations while maintaining professionalism, setting clear boundaries, and promoting mutual respect.
