By submitting your details, you consent to our processing of this information for training purposes. Once you have agreed to these terms, you will not be require to sign any additional privacy agreements to attend your sessions.
Standard Schedule: Most courses run from Monday to Thursday, with cultural excursions or activities scheduled for Friday.
Timings: Classes are held in either the morning or the afternoon at the trainer's discretion.
Final Itinerary: While schedules may be adapted based on group needs, you will receive your confirmed timetable two weeks before the start date.
Certification: To receive a Certificate of Attendance, you must attend at least 80% of the programme. Certificates are only released once full payment is cleared.
Minimum Numbers: If a course does not meet the required number of participants, management may adjust the course format.
By participating in walking tours or excursions, participants confirm that they are physically fit to do so. The Academy reserves the right to ask a participant to opt out of certain activities if there are genuine concerns regarding their health or safety.
Guests: Unregistered partners and children are not permitted in the training venue.
Course Eligibility: Our sessions are designed for adult learners. Any additional adults wishing to attend must pay the standard tuition fees.
Professionalism: Inappropriate behaviour or offensive language towards trainers or fellow participants will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant who breaches these standards, and their home organisation will be formally notified.
Safety Measures: Necessary health and safety protocols to protect all attendees are implemented at all times.
In the rare event of a trainer falling ill, we provide a flexible response to ensure your learning continues:
Continuity: A substitute trainer may be appointed. They may adjust session times (e.g., swapping morning and afternoon slots) to suit the new schedule.
Specialist Content: If a local substitute cannot cover a highly specialised course, we may provide online tutoring or extend teaching hours later in the week to ensure all content is covered.
Communication: We will inform you of any changes to your instructor or schedule as quickly as possible to avoid disruption.
Your place is only secured once you receive a formal Registration Confirmation from the Academy. This document contains vital course information and payment terms. You are not officially enrolled until this document has been issued.
Please be aware that most participants are not native English speakers. English levels among European teaching peers will vary; we accommodate a supportive and inclusive learning environment through different tools or peer translation.
Method: All fees must be paid via bank transfer.
Deadline: Full payment is required within 15 days of receiving your booking confirmation.
Late Bookings: If you register within 15 days of the start date, payment must be settled before the training course starts.
Extensions: If your school or organisation requires a payment extension, please contact us immediately. Failure to communicate regarding late payments may result in the cancellation of your spot.
Fees: There are no deposits or fees for the pre-registration stage.
If you are unable to attend for some reason, we recommend the following alternatives:
Rescheduling: Move your booking to any of our courses within the next 12 months.
Substitution: Send a colleague in your place at no extra cost.
Cancellation Penalties:
All cancellations must be submitted via email.
4+ Weeks' Notice: The parent Tree| Erasmus+ Courses Cyprus retains 30% of the fee.
Under 4 Weeks' Notice: No refund is available; the full fee is retained.
Personal Reasons: Refunds are not provided for early departures, late arrivals, or personal absences.
If your Visa is rejected, you must provide the official written refusal letter.
4+ Weeks' Notice: Refund provided minus a €150 administrative fee.
Under 4 Weeks' Notice: No refund available.
Modifications: Requests to change your course, dates, or location should be sent to arlette@parenttree.org. Approval is at our discretion.
Grievances: Any complaints regarding our services should be directed to our CEO at arlette@parenttree.org. We take all feedback seriously and aim for swift resolutions.
Participants are liable for any damage caused to our training venues. Parent Tree | Erasmus+ Courses Cyprus accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items on the training premises.
By enrolling, you automatically agree to these regulations. If you are registering on behalf of a group, it is assumed you have the authority to act as their representative and that all participants have accepted these terms.
