I am Arlette, I am a Mindset Coach and a Parent Coach and my background is in psychology. I coach working parents to feel empowered in managing and meeting their children’s growing needs by developing a healthy mindset and emotional resilience, to parent effectively with compassion.

You see, my focus is always on empowering the parents. Empowered parents have resilient kids. The key is in investing in learning.

I am coaching and counseling for more than 20 years and I NEVER STOP LEARNING. Our kids show us where we need healing. We just have to be open to learning and deepening our connection with our kids.
