The course is designed to equip managers or team leaders with the essential coaching and mentoring skills and mindset necessary for fostering professional growth, enhancing team performance, and driving positive change within companies or institutions.

Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate

Schedule:

Training takes place either in the morning or the afternoon at a mutually agreed time and is delivered at the organisation’s venue or online, depending on the training arrangement. The schedule may be adjusted slightly according to participants’ needs and the trainer’s professional discretion to ensure the best possible learning experience.

Depending on the course, you may be required to bring your own laptop.
