This training programme focuses on developing effective conflict management and communication skills in the workplace. Participants will gain practical tools to improve professional relationships, handle difficult conversations with confidence, strengthen teamwork, and create a more positive and respectful working environment. By the end of the training programme, participants will be able to:

Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
