This training course introduces educators and school leaders to the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and collaborative learning, participants will explore how AI can enhance lesson planning, differentiation, personalised learning, assessment, and administrative efficiency. The course also addresses ethical considerations and responsible AI use, supporting the safe, effective, and meaningful integration of AI into everyday educational practice.

Training Overview

This interactive course equips educators with practical knowledge and skills to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) effectively into educational settings.

Participants will explore how AI tools can identify learning gaps and develop personalised learning strategies.

Automate repetitive tasks such as marking and assessment creation, and create engaging resources like e-books, videos, quizzes, and storytelling materials.

This training combines theoretical input with practical application, enabling participants to actively engage with a range of AI tools relevant to their educational context. Through guided demonstrations, hands-on activities, and collaborative tasks, participants will explore how AI can support teaching, learning, classroom management, and professional productivity. The course encourages reflection, discussion, and peer exchange, while also addressing ethical considerations, data protection, and responsible use of AI. It is designed to be flexible and adaptive, meeting the diverse needs of educators and school leaders across different roles, subjects, and educational levels.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Methodology and Assessment

The course follows an interactive, participant-centred methodology including workshops, group discussions, roleplay, presentation practice, video feedback, reflection activities, and continuous formative feedback.

Training Materials and Resources

PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, public speaking and communication resources, educational websites and professional development materials, interactive reflection tools and worksheets, instructional video clips, guided presentation exercises, printed workbooks, case scenario scripts, and visual aids for speech structure and audience engagement.

Intercultural Learning Dimension

Participants from different countries will share experiences on the use of AI in education, exploring how cultural contexts influence teaching approaches, digital adoption, and attitudes towards technology. Through collaboration and exchange, they will develop inclusive, culturally responsive strategies to integrate AI tools effectively across diverse learning environments.

Sustainability and Transfer of Learning

Participants are encouraged to apply AI tools and strategies in their daily practice, share knowledge and resources with colleagues, and continue exploring emerging technologies. They will be supported in developing personal action plans to ensure the sustainable and responsible integration of AI in their educational settings.

Certification:

Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
