The course follows an interactive, participant-centred methodology that combines theory with practice. Training includes workshops, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, coaching simulations, reflection activities, and continuous formative feedback to support skill development and professional growth.
Participants will receive practical resources to support learning, including PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, gifted education resources, observation checklists and screening tools, differentiated instruction templates, interactive reflection tools and worksheets, instructional video clips, classroom activity guides, printed workbooks, case scenario scripts, and visual aids for identifying and supporting gifted learners.

Participants from different countries will share experiences and leadership practices from their educational systems. Explore cultural perspectives on leadership, communication, and professionalism and develop inclusive strategies for managing diverse school teams and communities.
Participants are encouraged to implement leadership and team management strategies in their schools, share practices and tools with colleagues, apply structured communication and management approaches, develop action plans to support long-term professional development, and strengthen consistency and accountability in school leadership.
This training is expected to lead to improved leadership and team management, stronger collaboration among staff, increased professionalism and accountability, more effective communication within school teams, improved adherence to school policies and procedures, and the development of a more positive, organised, and structured school culture.
