This practical training equips educators with the knowledge and tools needed to identify, understand, and support gifted and talented learners in diverse classroom settings. Participants will explore the characteristics and needs of gifted students, learn effective identification strategies, and apply differentiated teaching methods to nurture students’ abilities while supporting their emotional and social development. Through hands-on activities and real-life examples, educators will gain practical strategies to create inclusive learning environments where gifted learners can thrive and reach their full potential.
This course provides educators with practical knowledge and strategies to effectively identify and support gifted and talented students within inclusive classroom environments. Participants will explore evidence-based approaches to recognising advanced abilities, differentiating instruction, and fostering students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Teachers, school leaders, headmasters, teaching assistants, school counsellors, administrative staff, and other educational professionals working in school environments.
The course follows an interactive, participant-centred methodology that combines theory with practice. Training includes workshops, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, classroom simulations, practical activities, reflection exercises, and continuous formative feedback to support skill development and professional growth.
Participants will receive practical resources to support learning, including PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, gifted education resources, observation checklists and screening tools, differentiated instruction templates, interactive reflection tools and worksheets, instructional video clips, classroom activity guides, printed workbooks, case scenario scripts, and visual aids for identifying and supporting gifted learners.
Participants will develop key professional competencies that support effective identification and support of gifted learners, including:

Participants from different countries share experiences related to gifted education, explore cultural differences in recognising talent and ability, and develop inclusive strategies for supporting gifted learners in diverse educational settings.
Participants are encouraged to implement identification and support strategies in their classrooms, share practices with colleagues, adapt teaching methods for diverse learners, and develop action plans to support long-term student development and inclusive education practices.
