Travel Grant: Between €28 and €1,735, based on the distance to the venue.
Daily Subsistence: Covers housing, meals, and local transport.

The daily allowance is determined by the host country’s cost of living:
High (Group 1): €96–€190 (e.g., Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Germany).
Medium (Group 2): €84–€170 (e.g., Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Malta).

Note: You receive 100% of the daily rate for days 1–14. Rates are finalised by your National Agency.
Course Length: 5 and 7 days.
Travel Budget: Your travel grant is calculated based on the linear distance between your home city and the training venue.
Official Tool: Erasmus+ Distance Calculator

Standard: 7 days in total, 2 extra days of funding (1 before, 1 after).

What is the Procedure
The Procedure: Your school must have an OID number and an active KA1 project or Accreditation (KA120-SCH). Speak to your school Erasmus+ Coordinator.
What if my school is not registered yet?
Your Erasmus+ Coordinator should register the school for an OID via your National Agency’s online portal. Once registered, the school can apply for funding on your behalf.
When to Apply?
We recommend starting the process 4–6 months in advance.
Are there any language restrictions?
Most courses require a B1 English level. However, we offer a "Simple English" catalogue for popular topics, supported by translation tools to make learning accessible for everyone.
